Advertising is off. Newsletter signup uses confirmed opt-in, and poll or quiz participation does not require an account. The public experience does not request camera, microphone, location, or notification access.

Spoiler choices, recent context, poll choice, search state, return position, and optional measurement consent may be stored first-party on this device. They do not become a cross-site fingerprint or public profile.

Newsletter signup stores the normalized address, consent evidence, confirmation state, preferences, suppression state, and provider events needed for delivery and compliance. Addresses do not appear in public pages, analytics, or routine audit logs. Production email delivery remains disabled until separately authorized.

When explicitly enabled, optional measurement uses Vercel Web Analytics as a service provider for aggregate eligible-page, referrer, approximate geography including country, region or state, and city, browser, operating-system, and device reporting. It uses no analytics cookie, sets no identifier, and builds no cross-site profile or fingerprint, so it runs by default on eligible pages once the site feature is enabled. The control below turns it off for this device, effective immediately and without a reload. Query strings and fragments, private and management routes, error and not-found surfaces, and synthetic browser visits are excluded. A separate first-party measurement collector remains disabled; it stores a hashed session key, so it would require an explicit opt-in rather than this opt-out before it could run at all. Live advertising is disabled. Any later advertising launch requires page-level eligibility, regional consent controls from a currently certified provider where required, and separate owner approval.

Confirmation, address correction, preferences, and unsubscribe are available from the newsletter lifecycle. Export and deletion requests use the publisher contact route; suppression material retained only to prevent future sending is one-way and nonrecoverable.
